Why won't my video upload?
First of all make sure it is one of the following formats: wmv, avi, mpeg, mov, mp4 or m4v. Your file should also be no bigger than 200mbs. To upload files bigger than 200 mbs or if you are still having trouble uploading please contact us at webmaster@viewnaija.com

Watching Videos

Why do the videos keep starting and stopping?
If you experience choppy video perfromance, it is most likely due to the bandwidth of your internet connection. Allow the videos download for a while and then go rewind to watch what has downloaded already. If you are still experiencing issues please contact us at webmaster@viewnaija.com
